When it was found in 1973 by Ricardo Bofill this Cement factory was created up of 30 silos, underground galleries and large engine rooms which produced it perfect for a restoration project. After it was acquired by Ricardo it was converted into his private mansion and architectural workplace. The old yard has been converted into a stunning blossoming botanical garden. Looks wonderful!
Ricardo says that he can in no way operate anyplace else again, this is one spot exactly where he can concentrate fully on his function and studies.
